Golden State Warrior’s forward, Draymond Green has landed in hot waters. The star made headlines as he put another basketball star in a headlock during a game. While sources are saying that he might be suspended by the NBA due to his actions, an AEW star provided some support for the basketball star.

Draymond Green gets some support from AEW superstar

Samoa Joe, who happens to be one of the top stars at the Jacksonville-based All Elite Wrestling showed his support for the 33-year-old athlete. He took to X (formerly Twitter) to share his views on the incident. However, he just tweeted a three-word message which went, “Let Draymond live.” Since the incident, there have been multiple responses to the story. Criticism and questions have emerged onto the spotlight over the Golden State Warriors’ conduct and future prospects.

While some thought of it as unprofessional behavior on the court, some thought of it as an accident. Moreover, some sympathiser reiterated that he shouldn’t receive a suspension. Joe might have thought of what Green might have gone through in this difficult situation. This could be the reason why the AEW star has urged people to grant the NBA star a second chance.
