Back a few years ago, the 39-year-old American investor financed Angel City FC, a women’s soccer team. Since then, the American businessman has never missed an opportunity to tell people what an incredible rising sport women’s soccer is turning out to be. Alexis Ohanian shares a proud NWSL update

Recently, the proud primary investor of $100 million Angel City FC took to his Twitter account to share how NWSL has taken one more step ahead with their fans. Adding, how he is on his way to creating something huge. 

The Reddit co-founder talked about four leagues that are producing the most positive emotional response, and connectivity with their fans and their sponsors. The National Women’s Soccer League is named in the first position followed by the ladies Professional Golf Association. Ohanian wrote along the post, “I’m just gonna keep reminding folks….”

The 39-year-old businessman previously voiced his joy about women’s soccer teams smashing their own record for most ticket sales. A tweet from the Twitter account of the co-founder of Reddit discussed how even a regular season match between two expansion clubs was drawing more attention than normal.
