5 Years After Proving To Be the Best Husband With a Grand Serena Williams Gesture, Alexis Ohanian Elated After Finding Similar Energy in a Young Couple From His Soccer Club

But only one couple comes to mind when discussing the WTA, and that is Serena Williams and her husband. The American tennis legend found the ideal ride-or-die partner in businessman Alexis Ohanian. He has been a tower of strength for the past five years since their marriage.

The 40-year-old American businessman frequently compliments his wife’s successes like the proud husband he is. In a similar manner to how he used to enjoy his wife’s successes, he was recently beaming with pride. When he witnessed the partner of an Angel City player celebrating his wife’s victory on the soccer field.

Being the team’s primary investor, the co-founder of Reddit is a proud member of Angel City FC. And recently, the squad enjoyed an incredible victory over the San Diego Wave, in which, Mary Alice Vignola scored in the 88th minute to help her club win 2-1.

But that wasn’t the highlight of the game yet; there was something more interesting that grabbed everyone’s attention. Her partner was present to see that incredible triumph, and after the game, she hurried down to the stands to rejoice with her husband. The official Twitter page of the national women’s soccer league shared the heartwarming video, where her partner was celebrating the win with Vignola in the best possible way.

Seeing that, Ohanian also shared his take on the amazing moment. He wrote, “Celebrate your partner’s wins. This is the way. Congrats @MAVIgnola & @WeAreAngelCity for a hell of a win against our rivals — in their house!”

Along with that video, he was very glad to see that an Angel City member celebrated success in the same manner as he used to share Williams’ tennis victories. Five years ago, Ohanian demonstrated that he was the best husband with a sweet gesture.

The Reddit co-founder made a huge display of affection for the American tennis legend in 2018, when the tennis star was ready to make a comeback. The gesture practically swept the tennis legend off her feet, as she broke down in tears. In Palm Springs, Ohanian surprised her by placing billboards along the road leading to her tennis facility.

He shared images of four billboards on his Instagram page, claiming that his daughter helped him design them. Williams was referred to as the GMOAT, or Greatest Mother of All Time, on the billboard. She saw the surprise while traveling to Indian Wells, California, just five months after the birth of their daughter.
