The couple first met each in their middle school in Florida when Altidore was in the 7th grade and Stephens in the 5th grade. However, they lost contact with each other after that. But, interestingly, as fate would have it, they again crossed paths with each other at a training center in 2016, which turned out to be the start of their beautiful love story. The pair got engaged with each other in 2019 and finally tied the knot last year. And just like Stephens, Jozy Altidore is a hugely successful sports personality in his own right and has won a number of accolades in his career as a soccer player.
