Gauff’s “dream” come true in Paris

Gauff had her emotions shattered into pieces when she was denied participation at the Tokyo Olympics. The world was already dealing with a deadly pandemic and the young athlete became a prey for it. While it was indeed a hard time for her, she has doubled up her excitement and determination this time, looking forward to making a debut for her nation.

Besides counting it as just another campaign, Gauff sees the event as a dream. “It has always been a dream of mine to represent the USA at the Olympics,” the 20-year-old, who has always been determined to represent her nation, said. Along with that, she also came up with several manifestations for team USA.
