However, he caught more spotlight when he was spotted wearing a t-shirt with Coco Gauff’s face.

Dogg was seen wearing an NBA jacket highlighted with the hues of the American flag and the USA on the chest, with his name written on the back. However, his quirky fashion style became an instant hit when he opted for a white t-shirt with American flag-bearer Coco Gauff’s face. The reigning US Open champion also spotted Snoop Dogg’s t-shirt with her face on it. Gauff was visibly delighted as she not only shared Dogg’s photo posing as she was wearing that t-shirt but captioned it with “mood. never thought snoop would wear a shirt with my face on it lol.”

When Gauff shared the picture on her Instagram story, it became an instant hit on the platform. Candi Gauff, Coco’s mother, shared Snoop Dogg’s photo on her official Instagram story, where Dogg wore that t-shirt with Gauff’s face. Being a debutante in the Paris Olympics, her journey from being selected to represent her country to being the American flag-bearer with LeBron James across the Seine, Gauff had a terrific start to the event.

Gauff couldn’t attend the last Olympics as she contracted Covid-19. Therefore, she sought redemption at the Paris Olympics. She played against Australia’s Ajla Tomljanović in the first round and defeated her by 6-3, 6-0. She also partnered with her colleague and former doubles partner Jessica Pegula in the doubles. Together, the duo defeated Australians Daria Saville and Ellen Perez in doubles by 6-3, 6-1. In both matches, the 20-year-old WTA star showed an impressive playstyle.

Post-victory, Gauff said, “I’m not going to lie: I was more nervous in doubles than singles. I don’t know why. I think it’s just because it was the first match, And I think when you start off a tournament with a win, especially one like this, it just gives you more confidence.“
