The world’s former number-one tennis star recently shared some more pictures of her this year’s look for Grammy’s and wrote- “When @billiejoearmstrong calls you to present their band, you jump on a plane and do it. @greenday #grammys.” 

After her message, fans understood that this legendary tennis star received a request from the famous rock band Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong to present them before their show at the event. Given that this American tennis stalwart is a big fan of Green Day, she inevitably couldn’t decline it and attend the event.

Previously, Serena Williams’s social media post about her Grammy look brought a lot of speculation about her being one of the award presenters. However, Billboard’s official list didn’t show her name, which made fans realize that she might have just attended the event.
