Gauff reveals the advice given to her by her brother
In a number of media interactions, Gauff has been vocal about her family. As told by Gauff, her little brother Codey Gauff is an avid baseball fan. However, once in a blue moon, he doesn’t shy away from trying his hands on tennis as well.
Recently, Gauff opened up about the tennis sessions of her and her brother Codey. During the conversation, she revealed his favorite shot and the unique name he has set for it.
“He doesn’t play tennis, but when he does, he always goes for drop shots. He calls it the ‘snake ball’.”
As seen during professional matches, returning a drop shot is nothing less than an art. Being a regular spectator of tennis, Codey thinks no different. Going further in the conversation, Coco Gauff revealed the advice her brother gives her whenever the two step on-court.
‘You got to watch out for that snake ball,’ Codey’s advice to Coco. Another important point to note here is that Tunisian tennis star Ons Jabeur is Codey’s favorite player at the moment.
