For the same, Muguruza has now traveled to the beautiful country of Switzerland to explore and savor the scenery of the largest lake in the Alps. During her lengthy break from competitive tennis, the Spanish-Venezuelan tennis star is constantly sharing snippets of her off-court endeavors on social media. Even her recent vacation trip to Switzerland was not kept hidden from the public lens on Instagram. Garbiñe Muguruza recently explored the Geneva town which is known for its pristine gardens and cobblestone alleys strewn with flowers.
And while she was on the ‘Swiss’ holidays, the former world No. 1 also traveled to her “favorite” and the largest lake in the country, Lake Geneva. In her recent Instagram post, Muguruza looked all dazzled up in a bikini while savoring the beauty of the popular lake in Geneva town. She also added a caption, “My favorite lake”.

In the process, the former Wimbledon champion also brought to light one of her off-court activities, surfing, as she posed gorgeously while perched atop a surfboard.

Muguruza recently gave a hint of her return to the tour
Prior to her break, the 29-year-old player marked her participation in the WTA 250 event in Lyon, France, where she was knocked out after her first-round match. Since then, the WTA player has missed both the clay and grass seasons owing to her lengthy break. However, Muguruza was recently “inspired” by her Ukrainian colleague, Elina Svitolina after witnessing her practice session on the court.
While teasing the fans on Instagram, the 2 singles Grand Slam champion suggested that she was near the practice courts and further seeking inspiration from the Wimbledon semifinalist.
