Russian tennis player Elena Vesnina took to her official Instagram story to congratulate her friend and colleague Anna Kalinskaya on entering the finals of the WTA Berlin Classic. Sharing a photo of her enjoying Kalinskaya’s match on television, Vesnina captioned it, “Look who is the final @annakalinskaya78″ Vesnina also commented on WTA’s post on Kalinskaya’s victory and wrote- “Yess Grass is your covering, I’m telling you)))”.

This Russian WTA star further added a love-struck emoticon and a clapping emoji to showcase her faith in her friend’s brilliant performance in Berlin. Kalinskaya showed off her friend’s emotions by sharing her image and caption on her Instagram story followed by a hug and a kiss emoticon that revealed their friendship.

Kalinskaya defeated the world’s number 19 tennis player Victoria Azarenka by 6-1, 6(3)- 7(7), and 6-1 to reach the finals in Berlin. This Russian WTA star received an upgrade when the world’s number 2 Aryna Sabalenka retired from their quarterfinals encounter by 1-5 in the first set due to a shoulder injury.

Kalinskaya might face either of America’s Coco Gauff or Jessica Pegula as their match got canceled midway due to unexpected rain. Nevertheless, the fraternity is pretty impressed with her grass court performance at the Steffi Graf Stadion. Following her friend’s compliment, Kalinskaya surely received a lot of motivation to make her dream come true in the finals. Where Minaur won the Acapulco Open, Boulter amazed the fraternity with her grass-court domination by bagging the title of the San Diego Open. “This makes me 🥺 happy for both of you guys 😇. congrats and see you soon 😊 💪 @katiecboulter @alexdeminaur,”- wrote Kalinskaya congratulating the couple on her Instagram story.

Kalinskaya’s message surely hinted to the tennis pupils about her dream. However, after winning against Azarenka, this 25-year-old Russian tennis player delved deeper into how she wished to win the finals of a tour with her boyfriend Sinner. “I’m just trying to be a little as good as him. It’s difficult; usually, I watch him, but today, okay? Let’s see if we can watch each other tomorrow online,”- said the Russian.

Nevertheless, Elena Vesnina’s cheer for Anna Kalinskaya shows that Jannik Sinner’s talented girlfriend has already impressed the fraternity showing them possibilities for her to win a tour title.
