Navratilova took part in the mixed doubles invitational with her Swedish partner yesterday, and Lemingova is back today, as the legend takes the court in the round-robin tournament. Lemigova shared her presence on Instagram through the story, as she enjoys beverages and sandwiches during the break, paired with her wife’s match! She posted an Instagram story while sharing her location, with the caption: “In between matches.”

Navratilova’s life has been anything but easy, from migrating to the United States to ruling the court, followed by retirement and then a terrific comeback. But that is not all. She has survived the ominous cancer twice. But one thing has remained constant throughout her life: tennis. And after the latest battle with the disease, Navratilova is back on the court to enjoy it once again. But not alone. As excited as Navratilova is to play on the grass, Lemigova is more than ready to watch her wife enjoy the sports she loves the most.

It’s surreal to see Navratilova back on court after trial for life as her cancer returned. The legend has always had a hard time staying away from tennis. Over time, tennis has become an integral part of both Lemigova and Navratilova’s life. Hence, it’s not uncommon for the legend’s wife to have a day out on the court, sometimes to watch tennis and other times to have fun, as they did at the Miami Open.
