Speaking to the publication, Boulter admitted being a ‘real country girl’ and revealed her tightly-knit bond with her family. She further went on to praise her brother James and said that she was ‘super proud’ of him. ‘He messages me after every single match.’ She further highlighted the efforts that the work demands and said, “He works very, very hard.” While James was successful in bringing Priyanka Chopra Jonas to a Wimbledon final match between Ons Jabeur and Markéta Vondroušová in 2023, he had also admitted to the challenges that he faced in his career.

In an interview with Gentleman’s Journal, he revealed his ‘breakthroughs’ in the industry. “The little victories, which come from hard work, have resulted in me forming a campaign with Michelle Obama, landing Maya Henry her first Burberry campaign, being engaged by BVLGARI to launch their latest timepiece — and now working with Priyanka Chopra Jonas.” However, he explained that such achievements did not come all of a sudden. “But I didn’t just wake up one morning and work with one of the most famous actresses on the planet — that has been the culmination of a very long journey!”

Chatting further in the interview, James revealed how difficult it was for him to make a place for himself in the industry. He shared that he did not have the requisite experience to work as an agent for the established agency. This propelled him to start a venture of his own and establish his own agency, which is now reaching heights. As for his family, this would be nothing short of a ‘proudest moment.’

As for his proud sister, Katie is all set to take over Emma Raducanu in the Nottingham Open semifinals. This match is also crucial for the British given her upcoming venture at the grass-court grand slam, Wimbledon.

In an interview that appeared in Standard, Boulter shared that she was lucky to have a boyfriend like Alex. She said that Alex understands the highs and lows of her life and supports her through every situation. “Not many people do. To have that kind of connection where they know what you’re going through, they know the lows and highs, it does feel very comforting. I’m lucky to have him.” In the same interview, the 27-year-old expressed her love for Wimbledon too.

“Wimbledon is something that I look forward to every single year,” she said. “I get goosebumps just being back in the arena. They give you that special feeling, it’s close to your heart. You can’t replicate that anywhere else.” As she gears up for the Nottingham Open semifinal, it will be interesting to see if she can continue her winning streak and defend her title at the grass court.
