“Wahoowa!!” Serena Williams’ Daughter Olympia Supports Father Alexis Ohanian During Virginia University Commencement Speech

Former world number one and 23-time grand slam champion Serena Williams, who had an unfortunate exit at Wimbledon Championships this year is back at home, spending quality family time with husband Alexis Ohanian and their three-year old daughter, Olympia.

The legendary American has always remained active on updating her fans about the various things she does with Olympia. Whether it’s giving Olympia a few lessons on tennis or twinning in the same dress, Serena Williams has done it all so proudly.

Along with Serena, Ohanian is also active on social media, where he balances his profession alongside a few adorable updates on Olympia.

Recently, Ohanian was asked to give the commencement address to the Virginia University class of 2021. The American Internet entrepreneur graduated in commerce and history from the same university in 2005.

“We have a responsibility to do better” – Alexis Ohanian

“We have a responsibility to do better, to be better, and to build these experiences that support the people, the people who make our lives everything it is worth living. That..That’s my hope.”, Ohanian said.

The co-founder of Reddit also highlighted the importance of technology available to the upcoming minds and all the good that can be done with the latest advancements.

“There is gonna be an amazing time over the next 10,15, and 20 years as we see what happens with this new technology, with the power of community, to hopefully create a lot more good”. ‘

Ohanian concluded the speech by letting the students know of the need to make the world a better place for the next generation through technology. Towards the end of his speech, Olympia was siting on her father’s lap, all dressed up for the occasion.

“Well ,Olympia, thank you for dressing up for this. You look very nice. So, all of people papa’s talking to, went to his university, the University of Virginia, the best university”, Ohanian was seen proudly talking to his daughter.

In the end, Ohanian asked Olympia to give a Wahoowa, which is an unofficial name given to the sports team of Virginia University. After a couple of tries, the little girl gets it right to say, “Wahoowa!!”
