Serena Williams, the 23-time Grand Slam Champion, recently thrilled her fans by posting her workout regimen. Her workout regime had both upper-body and lower-body strengthening exercises. With Serena hitting the gym for an intense workout session, she has again fueled her comeback rumors.
When Williams announced her retirement from competitive tennis earlier this year, she shocked the entire sporting community. The tennis star stated that her decision to leave the sport was primarily motivated by her desire to devote more time to her family. The American legend has, however, teased her comeback to the court on more than one occasion.

Serena Williams might soon return to the court
In her Instagram story, she captioned her workout reel as, “#HIPMOBILITYCHALLENGE.” Gym rats and exercise enthusiasts often dread the Hip Mobility Challenge. The Challenge has recently dominated online discussions and forums.
As implied by the test’s name, participants demonstrate their hip flexibility as they perform the test. The former world no.1 opted to complete the test and post a video of the same in her Instagram story. Moreover, her recent social media posts about exercising and staying fit have fueled rumors of a possible comeback to professional tennis. Because of her workout schedule, she has stayed physically fit even after being on the sidelines for a year after the 2021 Wimbledon Championships.
