Raducanu has suffered plenty of injuries this season, which affected her game greatly. Earlier at the Australian Open, she lost in the second round due to blisters in her hands.

Then, she retired from her opening match in Guadalajara. Recently, she suffered a back issue in the Madrid Open, which forced her to retire from the Italian Open. These injuries didn’t let her perform at her full potential during the entire clay season, including the French Open, where she lost in the second round.
