As it is said, sometimes unfortunate situations in life can lead up to unexpected consequences. That is what happened with Jessica Lane while she was stuck in traffic with her dad because of a truck fire. Jessica got the opportunity to play with one of her favorite athletes and tennis players, Alexandra Osborne, in a situation that definitely no one would expect.
Ranked at 283 currently, Alexandra Osborne is an Australian tennis player. She got the chance to debut in her first WTA tour in 2021 at the Phillip Island Trophy. She also won her first title in ITF in April 2021 at Monastir. Coincidentally, Alexandra was also stuck in the same traffic as Jessica was, and even though they had not decided to play together, fate had different plans for them.

Alexandra also gave advice to Jessica about her playing style
Jessica Lane and many aspiring players always dream of playing alongside their favorite tennis players. And for her to get this one-of-a-kind opportunity was nothing less than a miracle given where it happened. After Jessica and Alexandra completed their session, Alexandra even gave her some advice on her playing style.
Jessica’s dad Matt said, according to Chad UK, “She was able to get some good advice from her about her serve, the tennis world, and being a professional – it must have gone for about 45 minutes so a real ‘what are the chances’ moment and something that was a really nice and memorable experience for her”.
