Martina Navratilova took to Twitter to share the news of a police officer giving a drink of water to a royal guard. She tweeted, “Maybe today they should go without those particular hats? Try a baseball cap or something”. When one of her fans questioned the baseball cap’s suggestion, she replied, “Anything to protect from the heat. Even with a lettuce leaf in between- apparently that helps:)”.

The temperature in the UK has risen significantly and the British government issued a ‘red’ warning because of the heatwave.
