‘The First and the Last One Who Achieves That’ – Fans Deliver Goat Verdict in Favor of Steffi Graf Over Serena Williams as an Invincible Record Pops Up

Serena Williams recently hung her racket after a long and illustrious career. In the last 27 years, she went past the likes of Martina Navratilova, Chris Evert, and Steffi Graf in the Grand Slam count. However, there’s something that she would have loved to achieve but could not. It’s the Golden Slam. To date, only Steffi Graf has done it, including all the male and female players.

Speaking of the Golden Slam, the term refers to a player who wins all four Grand Slam titles and an Olympic gold medal in his/her career. Interestingly, it’s something even the greatest of tennis players could not achieve in their careers. Former German tennis star Steffi Graf is the only player to achieve this feat. Recently, when the official account of the US Open shared this news on its official Twitter account, Steffi fans swarmed in and called her the Greatest of All Time.
