Further, she added, “So here I am behind the scenes on the very first Lacoste shoot and the very first part of my partnership with Lacoste and I’m so so happy because I love tennis and I love the heritage that Lacoste has in tennis and also I love the intersection of fashion and sport that Lacoste has really pioneered and I love all the pieces I’m gonna wear today and she handpicked them and I was so happy just to let her dress me and to be her model today, to be her mannequin and to just enjoy being a part of the Lacoste family.”
Venus on her experience at the photoshoot
The 41-year-old had an exciting time shooting for Lacoste. She said, “So today was like a real fashion shoot in the sense that the photographer really told me like what to do and he’s like, oh beautiful snap. Okay, move your hips now, shrug a little bit now, hand in pocket, eyes to me. So a lot of the shoots can be just like, you’re moving and other shoots can obviously be like tennis do a lot of those but this one was real fashion in the sense that the photographer knew exactly what he wanted and it was cool to just trust him on that and just do what he told me and it turned out like, wow.”

Thanking the team involved in the photoshoot, she said, “I have to say I really feel like this was the best body of photos that I’ve ever taken in my life and it was only like two hours of shooting and I really want to thank Louise and all the team, all the hair, all the makeup because they made me my best self, because I didn’t wake up like that. I wish I could wake up like that but I’m so excited about this partnership.”
