“Mom mode fully activated” – After having a decent outing in the 2024 season, America’s Taylor Townsend is back with her off-court duties. Townsend had quite a few extraordinary moments on the court in the last season. She won the doubles event at the 2024 Wimbledon Championships with Katerina Siniakova, reached the QF of the singles event in the Canadian Open, and ended the season by reaching the final at the WTA Finals partnering with Siniakova. Now before kickstarting her campaign in 2025, Townsend was spotted sharing some adorable moments with her son.
Taylor Townsend welcomed her first child, a boy named Adyn Aubrey Johnson on 14 March 2021. She has often expressed her excitement about embarking on the journey of motherhood. “I think like being a parent makes you want to pull your hair out (laughter). I think it’s more so, like, learning and understanding when to push. Basically to understand that most of the time, like, you want to be in control but you’re not in control, so you can control what you can, and what you can’t you got to let go,” she said in a previous interview.

Townsend was heard saying, “Time to wash up…Nobody wants to hear all of that.” She captioned that story, “Bath time chronicles 🤣❤️.”

Since Adyn entered Townsend’s life, he has been a constant source of joy and motivation for the tennis star. Another example of that was seen after Taylor Townsend’s R16 loss to Jessica Pegula at the 2024 Cincinnati Masters. On December 16, 2024, the American tennis star, Taylor Townsend shared snippets of her day with her son, Adyn Aubrey Johnson. It all started with a trip to her practice session where her son was seen accompanying her. Adyn sat in the backseat munching on strawberries. Then in another video clip, the little kid was seen helping Townsend collect tennis balls with a basket. After the practice, Townsend even took her son to jiu-jitsu class. After finishing his class, both of them returned, and guess what?
The day was not over for the multitasking momma yet! Taylor Townsend was then spotted narrating a story to Adyn while he enjoyed a bubble bath.
