American tennis legend Martina Navratilova has spent much of her retirement life creating art out of tennis balls. The 9-time Wimbledon winner has been capturing the minds of her fans through her unique art collection. Recently, Navratilova’s art has been recognized by a reputed art gallery in Miami. Adding to the energy, TV personality Guerdy Abraira praised the 59-time Grand Slam champion through an Instagram story. Standing next to her wife, Julia Lemigova, Navratilova experienced the unfolding of her life’s new chapter.

Prominent Slovak artist Juraj Kralik had convinced Martina Navratilova to enter the world of art. The two have spent several years creating an art collection out of painted tennis balls. Naming her collection ‘Art Grandslam’, Navratilova, has established a different dimension of tennis victory. Framing her ball serves inside an art gallery, Navratilova can keep reliving her love for tennis. The comments from the art gallery on the artistic creation truly encapsulate Navratilova’s journey.

While retiring in 2006, Martina Navratilova had no clue about her artistic future. From serving aces on the court to swinging rackets for art, Navratilova has undergone an inspiring transition. Through her art collection, Navratilova produces the epiphanic feeling associated with tennis on a canvas. As she moves forward in her pursuit of capturing the game in her art, she receives valuable admiration from the world.

Guerdy Abraira visited ‘The House of Arts’ in Miami and went on to applaud Martina Navratilova, who enjoyed the moment with her wife, Julia Lemigova. Posing with Navratilova, Abraira wrote on her Instagram story, “Amazing art.”

However, the Instagram page of ‘The House of Arts’ had their own words for Navratilova. They wrote, “In both tennis and art, there is a constant interplay between technique and creativity. Navratilova’s mastery of tennis techniques allows her to execute shots with precision and power, and as an artist she translates those skills to create visually striking kinetic artworks.” Uniting art with tennis, Navratilova has formed a new definition of love.

Even at the age of 67, Martina Navratilova is passionate about striking tennis balls. Emotions are complex and representing them objectively is difficult. However, through her art, Navratilova has brought the colorful feeling of bringing tennis to life. Navratilova has shown immense dedication towards her art just as she used to do as a player. Navratilova’s current success has a lot to do with her intention of taking her game a notch above.

Navratilova chose mystery to be her primary genre. ‘The Total Zone’ and ‘Breaking Point’ are two of her prominent novels. Apart from the obvious mystery, her novels contain a lot of murders. These novels reveal a completely different side of Navratilova.

Martina Navratilova and her interesting life story can be an excellent teacher. Her never-give-up attitude has allowed her to achieve success in diverse sectors of life. In 2007, she had to fight cancer, and despite its disastrous effects, Navratilova continued to dream. The career trajectory of the Czech-American tennis legends truly embodies the idea that nothing is impossible.
