The Serena Williams family was recently graced with the presence of the talented rapper and college basketball player Flaujae Johnson. During her visit to their family home, she and Serena’s daughter Olympia had a joyous time together. A highlight of their meeting was shared by Alexis Ohanian on his Instagram story. He posted a picture of Olympia and Flaujae smiling brightly, as the caption said, “You absolutely made @olympiaohanian’s day @flaujae- thank you! Tall girls unite.”

Besides the renowned family, Flaujae was also taken by the sake serving and therefore shared her experience on Instagram. She posted a picture in which she can be seen posing with Serena Williams and her husband Alexis. Born in Savannah, Georgia, Flaujae Johnson is not only a rising basketball player for the LSU Tigers but also a rapper. She is the daughter of the late rapper Camouflage and has released an EP titled “Best of Both Worlds.” The list of her achievements is quite long with several entries like the SEC Freshman of the Year in 2023 and a McDonald’s All-American in 2022.

The fact that she boasts such an immense fanbase at such a young age excites both Serena and Alexis Ohanian. They both are well-known supporters of college basketball. Recently, the Reddit co-owner appreciated Caitlin Clark’s achievement of breaking the record for the most expensive basketball card ever sold. “Been telling y’all. WTG @caitlinclark22 — you’ll be breaking more records,” he wrote in a tweet.

While she must have seen a green flag waiving in the sport, she expressed her desire to be a part.

On being asked about her will to add any WNBA team to her portfolio, Serena said, “I absolutely would be (interested). With the right market, I would definitely be super interested in that.” Stating the reason behind why she wishes to do that, the former pro added, “Women’s sport is exciting, women are exciting to watch. What’s the difference? … I think that even more people watched the college women’s basketball than the men.”

Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian’s contribution to the upliftment of sports is quite active. As they continue to invest funds in potential businesses, it remains to be seen what the future holds.
