Paula Badosa is in her first Grand Slam semifinal at the 2025 Australian Open, and the excitement is palpable! She stunned Coco Gauff in the quarters. Meanwhile, her boyfriend, Stefanos Tsitsipas, is having a rough time after losing in the first round to Alex Michelson. Now, he’s cheering for Badosa from the sidelines. It’s a role reversal from last year when Paula would fly in to attend his matches after facing an exit of her own, but could there be more to that?

On January 20, Badosa took down Coco Gauff at the Australian Open, winning 7-5, 6-4 and ending Gauff’s impressive 13-match winning streak. Badosa played aggressively, breaking Gauff early and holding her nerve to close it out with two aces. This victory marks Badosa’s first Grand Slam semifinal, a huge achievement after her struggles last year!

While celebrating her recent victory, Paula Badosa sparked some confusion among fans with an Instagram story announcing a new venture in exclusive content. She shared a post featuring a “subscribe to see exclusive content” sticker with an option for a “free trial.”
