‘Sunday Lunch’ Takes a Spanish Twist for Aryna Sabalenka as Her Tennis BFF Joins Her

We all know the bond Aryna Sabalenka shares with her tennis best friend Paula Badosa. Even outside the court, they have been seen spending time together and they make sure to entertain their fans with their friendship. Just recently the two of them had a chance to meet up again and it was the perfect way for them to spend a Sunday.

Despite coming from the same background and being such close competitors, it seems that their friendship continues to grow and get stronger. They are not just seen as friends but are also each other’s most amazing cheerleaders as well, be it on the court or social media.

After having played their first doubles match and winning it at the Miami Open in 2022, Paula Badosa and Aryna Sabalenka have been inseparable. They have shared countless outings and matches with one another ever since. And just recently, the two of them met again for a nice lunch and even posted a picture together.

Aryna Sabalenka posted a story on her official Instagram account. In the picture, the two of them can be seen making cute faces as they pose for a selfie. Sabalenka also wrote a caption along with the picture that said, “Sunday lunch with my babe”. She even added a heart emoji for her best friend from tennis.

Having a person who you can call your best friend without any feelings of competitiveness is amazing. And we are sure the two of them are glad to have found each other. Well, this is not the only time that their friendship stole everyone’s attention. Just recently the two of them posted a bunch of pictures together when they were in Dubai, UAE.

Aryna Sabalenka and Badosa share their failed attempt at taking normal photos in Dubai

The two of them were in Dubai where they were trying to pose for pictures together in tennis gear. They have been training together for the WTA 2024 tour season. While they were practicing and posing, Sabalenka posted a bunch of pictures of the two of them on her stories. In one of the pictures, they were standing and hugging each other. She wrote along with the photo, “With my girl”.

In another set of pictures, the two of them were standing back-to-back with one another. and she added a caption, “We tried to do normal pics. Guess how it ended up?” This collection of moments and pictures together truly shows what a wonderful bond they have created with each other and how it’s going to stay always!
