2021 has surely brought some great news for Czech tennis player Barbora Strycova and her family. The former doubles No.1 player is pregnant and is expecting a baby super soon. She updated the fans about her pregnancy on Twitter and many of her fellow tennis superstars including Simona Halep congratulated her for the same.

Barbora Strycova is surely happy after receiving the pleasant news. She posted a really cute picture of herself holding her belly and wrote a beautiful caption along with it.

“I used to hate getting bakery products (mainly) on court. However now when there is a little bun in the oven, I couldn’t be happier!” tweeted a cheerful Strycova.

World No.3 Simona Halep also saw the tweet and congratulated the Czech player for the good news. Congratulations Barbora Strycova. Such exciting news!!!” wrote Halep on Twitter. 

Simona Halep recently won her first match against Caroline Garcia at the Miami Open 2021. The third seed player will surely try to play some great tennis from here on and look forward to lifting the Miami Open title this year.

Apart from Simona Halep, other tennis stars also congratulate Barbora Strycova

Besides Halep, other WTA tennis stars including Donna Vekic and Elise Mertens also congratulated Barbora on Twitter.

The Belgian superstar Elise Mertens also expressed her happiness on Twitter. She seemed super exhilarated about the news and also wished her best wishes to Barbora.

Barbora Strycova is 34 at the moment and will surely take some time to return to the court after her delivery. However, on the other side, she is about to start a new phase of her life as she is about to be a mother really soon. Fans are also quite excited about the great news and wish to see the face of the child super soon.
