While he has endless patience for her tennis shenanigans, Konstantin Koltsov is still a fan of hockey. It showed when he was rushing Sabalenka in an episode of Netflix’s tennis docuseries Break Point, where she couldn’t stop talking about shoes.

The first episode of season 2 of Break Point covered Aryna Sabalenka before she won the 2023 Australian Open. The show opened with the Belarusian star talking about the shoes she designed with the help of Nike. Sabalenka showed the crew the colors and the designs she chose when her boyfriend eventually interjected.

As she showed her shoes, she said, “So what do you think? They are made by me. I choose the colors, yes?”. She continued, “You can actually, if you want, you can design, pick the colors and I think I can be a really good designer at Nike.”

Eventually, her boyfriend interjected her segment and said, “Stop. Let’s go to the hockey game. Come on. Stop talking about Nike. That’s it.” The two had to attend a game between the Florida Panthers and Toronto Maple Leafs. The couple eventually left and had a ball of a time at the game.

Sabalenka was smiling all the way through as the hockey players bashed each other. She also said that this action was more fun because it was real and not fake, like soccer. The moment showed a goofy side of their relationship and became one of many such moments.

Koltsov accompanied Sabalenka to her French Open stint, which ended with a glorious battle in the semifinals. But before the two planned on exploring the city of love, they decided to have a relaxing day in their hotel. On his Instagram story, Koltsov uploaded a picture that showed the two using a face mask as a part of their skincare routine.

Sabalenka will next be accompanied by the former Ice Hockey player as she steps into Melbourne to defend her title. The Belarusian star will face each player with immense intensity and fight to lift the trophy again. Can she lift the Daphne Akhurst Memorial Cup once again?
