One such person is her 14-year-old sister Jana Badosa. The Spanish player is quite discreet about her family but this time she took to her Instagram story to celebrate her birthday. She stated, “Happy birthday to my fav person in the whole world.” After sharing an adorable picture of the two cuddling with each other, she stated, “Stop growing please LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!”.

Badosa on the pressure of getting compared to Maria Sharapova 

Paula Badosa turned pro in 2015 and at that moment people wanted to see her grow quickly. They started comparing her to tennis legend Maria Sharapova.

In an interview with the WTA, she confessed that the constant comparison affected her mental health. She also conveyed she was not ready to hear such things at such a young age.
