Minutes ago, Swiatek took to her official Twitter handle to share the video of the prank that Jabeur played on her last year. Additionally, she wrote, “Don’t try this today @Ons_Jabeur please.”

In the video, Swiatek can be seen giving an interview in a room when suddenly Jabeur appears from behind. She was dressed in a scary Halloween costume, from top to bottom. Subsequently, Jabeur went in front of Swiatek, scaring her by screaming. As a result, a loud shout erupted from Swiatek’s end as she took stock of the situation.

Despite their intriguing rivalry, Swiatek and Jabeur are good friends off the court. The latter even supported Swiatek as she faced criticism online.

Over the past few months, the Polish star has had turbulent times. Swiatek has performed inconsistently off late that didn’t go down well with her fans and many started criticizing her on social media.

However, fellow player, Ons Jabeur didn’t like peoples’ reactions. She hit out at them by saying, “I’m glad that Iga is talking about it. Honestly, I mean, you win, you lose, you get hate messages no matter what you do. We need more nicer people in this earth, but I don’t think you can change the mentality of some betters.”
