Is Sloane Stephens setting a new standard for balancing personal life and professional success?

American professional WTA star Sloane Stephens‘ husband thinks “this is just the beginning.” The beginning of what, you ask? His talented tennis player wife has embarked on a new journey! Like all the triumph stories that hide an untold narrative of struggle, Stephens’ journey showcases ways this WTA star pushes her limits. In her path, her husband’s words echo an unflinching support, motivating her dreams, and showing why the couple deserves all the happiness in the world.

Stephens’ husband Jozy Altidore, an American professional soccer player, congratulated his wife on the launch of Stephens’ body care brand, ‘Doc & Glo’ five days back. Using Instagram, Altidore dropped the most adorable wish for his tennis player wife. “Seeing your vision come to light today was such a blessing. The last 4 years I’ve watched you work meticulously to create a brand and products that your fans and followers would be proud of,” he wrote, taking an ode to Stephens’ multi-talented personality.

Stephens, who named her brand after her grandparents, used the perfect timing of the US Open to bring the limelight on her entrepreneurial side. “Specifically formulated for bodies in motion,” Her brand brings two products: a deodorant named The No 3161 Game-Changing Deodorant, and a body mist called The 24/7 Hustle Deodorizing Body Mist. These products are priced at $18 and $22, respectively.

Altidore mentioned how his athletic wife has “exceeded expectations and created a brand with a wonderful story for all to enjoy” in his adorable note. He also emphasized how he is “so proud of “ his wife and “this is just the beginning.”

On the other hand, Stephens mentioned she was inspired to create this brand based on her grandparents’ self-care lessons and her knowledge while traveling around the world for tennis. “In calmness and confidence,” a mantra given by Stephens’ grandfather became her life’s ultimate vision that helped her to move forward in her goals.

Stephens’ brand has already created a heavy buzz among people. While everyone can’t wait to try them, they are equally excited to hear the WTA star’s motivation behind the creation of these two products.

In an interview with The Healthy magazine, Stephens talks about her passion behind the products she launched at the start of her brand. Mentioning how she has “been working on this business for four years,” Stephens believes this is the right time to bring them to the people. “I’ve always wanted to build my own brand in this space, but the idea for this exact direction took shape during the pandemic when we were still traveling for the tennis tour, but locker room facilities and amenities were really limited. I started thinking about the importance of rituals, hygiene and self-care on not only my physical health, but my mental health,” she says.

Sloane Stephens’ journey in tennis has been an inspiration so far and now she is taking her talent to the next level by introducing her body care brand. Ahead of the US Open, she has received much praise for her talent. Now, it is time to see whether she retains equal amazing form in the Flashing Meadows.
