Serena Williams decided to take a night off from her motherly duties as she attended an event in Miami with her husband, Alexis Ohanian. After her second daughter was born, she could not make time to go out. Recently, she decided to attend a party and a casual event with her husband to take a break. But that was not the highlight of the event.

Serena was hanging out with the current world number two Aryna Sabalenka. To everyone’s surprise, she cropped the tennis star out of the photo before posting it on her social media account. After this post went viral, fans did not leave any stone unturned in the comment section to understand why Serena did this.

Serena Williams attended an event hosted by David Grutman at Casadonna, in Miami. This event was attended by several celebrities, including Serena, her husband, and many more. Other tennis players were also present there, particularly Caroline Wozniacki and Aryna Sabalenka.

Serena posted a picture of herself with her best friend Caroline and the Belarusian star. However, she cropped Sabalenka out of it. Once she posted this, fans started dropping comments on her post.

The first comment was, “Not Serena cropping Aryna from the picture.”

People were having a hard time believing that Serena could do something like that.

One of the other comments was, “Salty and bitter as always.” A fan called out Serena as they felt her cropping the player from the image was distasteful.

One of the most fascinating comments was, “Idk why y’all are so surprised. Besides a select few Serena has never been super buddy buddy with the WTA girls, especially the new ones.”

This comment really hit it out of the park as the fan clearly directed the comment to the resentment Serena displays for other tennis players.
