King Richard is a biopic about Richard Williams, the coach and the father of tennis queens Venus and Serena Williams. Notably, Richard had begun training his two daughters from a very young age, who later won 30 Grand Slams combined and dominated the sports for years. Now, the inspiring American coach has moved on to the next generation, rallying behind Serena’s three-old daughter Olympia. Indeed, his coaching spirit is eternal.
Fascinatingly, the 79-year-old was motivating his granddaughter as she rod the tricycle. And as he did for his daughters, Richard also recorded Olympia’s journey. On the other side, the 23-time Grand Slam champion Serena Williams recorded King Richard at work once again.
