Serena Williams has gotten off to a wonderful start in the 2021 season. She recently defeated World No.3 Naomi Osaka in an exhibition match in Adelaide. Although the 23-time Grand Slam winner was playing almost after five months, she didn’t look out of form at all. The final scoreline of the match was 6-2, 2-6, 7-6.

Serena Williams is quite famous for her interviews. She loves to answer different questions off the court just like she just loves to hit her forehand winner.

In a recent rapid-fire round, she faced a really interesting question. She was asked that if she could be another tennis player for a day, who would she like to become. In response to this, Williams gave a pretty intriguing reply.

“This is supposed to be rapid, Grigor,” said Williams.

It is certainly quite surprising that Williams wants to be Grigor Dimitrov for a day. Since it was a rapid-fire round, Williams didn’t reveal any reason for her answer. However, fans are aware that both Dimitrov and Williams are great friends and the two have even enjoyed a really funny moment lately.
