However, apart from that, the American tennis icon is also a great karaoke performer. Williams was often spotted grooving to some songs during her karaoke performances with her friends and family.

The former US Open champion was once asked about her karaoke preferences during a Q&A session on her social media. To the surprise of many, a renowned personality replied to the tweet.

In 2018, the 23-time singles Grand Slam champion had a Q&A on Twitter while promoting her documentary, ‘Being Serena.’ Surprisingly, the Nobel Peace Prize winner, Malala Yousafzai got curious and asked Serena about her karaoke preferences.

The Pakistani activist asked the American tennis legend about her favorite karaoke song. Williams was amused when the question was put up by the Noble Laureate. As a result, the former US Open champion stated, “What a pleasure to tweet to you. An honor really but my fav depends I like slow love songs or 80’s rock songs!! #beingserena”

Williams felt honored while talking to Yousafzai about her favorite karaoke songs. Apart from being a tennis legend, Williams was also hailed as a ‘karaoke legend’ by the popular American model, Gigi Hadid. Unsurprisingly, Williams and Hadid are good friends and they love performing karaoke and regard it as their favorite activity.

Serena previously revealed about her secret karaoke room in her mansion

The 7-time Wimbledon champion has previously expressed her immense love for karaoke on various occasions. Williams has taken her favorite activity to a whole new level. The American tennis star previously revealed that she has built a secret room in her Florida mansion. She went on to say that the secret room is only meant for karaoke performances with her friends and family.

The stunning karaoke room is built in such a way that it is kept hidden behind a doorway. Additionally, the Williams sisters also revealed that the secret room is only reserved for “serious karaoke singers only.” The room also features a gorgeous blue velvet couch and a small stage for karaoke performances.
