Serena Williams hid in safety over a confusion 

In 2011, Serena Williams‘ assistant reportedly called 911 in the early hours of the day because the player suspected a burglary. Consequently, the player locked herself in the panic room just in case things got serious.

However, later the confusion dissipated as it was a drug tester from an unspecified tennis association. He had come unannounced which had made the player scared retorting to the actions she took further on.

Earlier in 2011, there was an issue with a stalker. He stayed updated with the players’ whereabouts and followed her around. Eventually, he got arrested while he was stalking her near her home.
