Serena Williams Joins ‘Remarkable Women’ List at a Renowned New York Flower Show

The 23-time Grand Slam winner, Serena Williams, moved away from tennis after playing the US Open. The American tennis star has some impeccable achievements and honors during her two-decade tennis journey. Even after moving away from the tennis court, Williams is still getting honored in various shows.

Recently, Williams got featured in the popular flower show, Fleurs de Villes FEMMES. The New York flower show honored some of the most remarkable women in varied fields, including the American tennis icon.

Serena Williams gets honored at the New York flower show

The co-founder of the popular flower show, Tina Barkley, recently stated that they are honoring some of the most remarkable women in their show at Manhattan’s Hudson Yards. She said, “We’re so thrilled to be back here for our third show at Hudson Yards. And we’re bringing our FEMME show, which is a celebration of remarkable women.” Some prominent figures like Serena Williams, Chita Rivera, J.Lo, Billie Holiday, Bella Abzug, and others were honored in the Fleurs de Villes FEMMES show.

The guests at the flower show were greeted with a plethora of colorful flowers. They arrived at the show in New York City to see the mannequins of some of the most iconic women. The mannequins in the FEMMES floral show were decorated with various flowers in brilliant hues. Barkley also revealed that a local New York florist designed the mannequins that were decorated with colorful flowers.

The American tennis icon, Serena Williams, is one of the most successful athletes in the United States. She has won 23 Grand Slam singles titles and 14 major doubles titles in her close to three-decade tennis journey.

Apart from that, she has also kept herself busy with her business business, S by Serena. The 6-time US Open champ also launched her book titled, “The Adventures of Qai Qai” which has already become a huge success.

She was recently spotted on an island where she was enjoying her vacation with her family and friends. Williams was seen wearing a pink hat and neon light-up party glasses as she danced with her friends and family members. Her 5-year-old daughter, Olympia is also there on the island as she was spotted playing on the sand.
