Serena Williams’ Husband Alexis Ohanian Makes an Appeal to Taylor Swift Following American Singer Leah Kate’s Wish

Alexis Ohanian, the husband of the legendary American tennis player, Serena Williams, is quite active on social media. He recently took to Twitter to help fulfill a young singer’s dream of performing with the world-renowned pop singer, Taylor Swift.

Serena Williams had an outstanding tennis career. During that journey, she made a lot of friends, some from the same profession and others from different fields. One such acquaintance is the American singer Taylor Swift. 

Serena Williams’ husband made an appeal to Taylor Swift

American singer, Leah Kate, recently took to Twitter to request to be a part of Swift’s next tour and display her skills. Moreover, she requested the singer to choose her whenever she sees her tweet. 

The founder of Seven Seven Six, Alexis Ohanian, quoted the tweet and tagged the American pop singer in the caption in an effort to persuade the singer to accept Kate’s request. He tweeted, “Do it @taylorswift13”.

In the remaining months of 2022, Swift doesn’t have any plans to be on a tour. According to sources, the American singer is getting ready for a massive tour that will be held in early 2023. However, recently the well-known artist is grabbing a lot of attention after unveiling her new album, set to be released on October 21. The album has stories related to 13 sleepless nights of her life.

Taylor Swift once referenced Serena in her album

Back in 2019, when the American singer released a song titled ‘The Man’, tennis fans had a surprise waiting for them. The song referenced the heated argument that Williams had with the chair umpire during the 2018 US Open final. She portrayed the scene to highlight the inequality women face in their professional life.

The American singer has often made songs that focus on supporting women and encouraging what’s right. However, the popular songwriter and singer got mixed reactions for referencing Serena’s altercation with the chair umpire in the song ‘The Man’.
