 When Ohanian discovered that people believed Reddit will be the biggest threat to Google in the coming generation, he shared his theory. “Sadly, I think this was most true 5 years ago.”

“Now, TikTok is the ascendant Search tool for Gen Z (I wouldn’t expect Naval to spend much time on TikTok),” he wrote. Thereafter, the co-founder of Reddit detailed, “if you’re thinking about the next 10 years, it’s likely to be a lot of this kind of short-form-video-search.”

As a response to his statement, one wrote, “Agree. The idea of ‘search’ is giving way to ‘answers’- whatever platform gets u to the optimal answer fastest wins.” Whereas another fan pointed out, “I kind of disagree, Reddit is making a comeback like you wouldn’t believe.” What are your thoughts about the same?

The 39-year-old runs an investment firm under the name Seven Seven Six. He believes in helping those companies that are majorly technology driven and futuristic.
