It seems the 6-year-old daughter of Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian has her father wrapped around her finger. From giving Ohanian a performance review for his efforts as a father to stealing the spotlight at ESPYS two weeks ago, she isn’t messing around. Now the Reddit co-founder, who always tries to cater to the needs of Olympia, has revealed that she may have figured out how to get his attention.

Ohanian has often shared some of his adorable moments with his daughter on social media. Baking together, playing video games, and even trading sports cards are some of the fun activities the father-daughter duo dive into and share with fans online. Ohanian has been vocal about how he wants to be a good father to Olympia.

On his podcast, Ohanian never misses an opportunity to talk about his fatherhood journey and how he keeps on planning things for his family life. So on the July 23 episode of Business Dad’, while talking about Olympia, he shared how his elder daughter sweetly convinced him to fulfill her demands.

He stated, “I didn’t get the hug and kiss yesterday but I got the unsolicited I love you. And it’s probably because I took her out. We went and got our mani-pedis…big fella needs his pedicures. Yeah, just it’s for everyone’s well-being.”

Further, he added, “And anyway, she got her little nails did and then we were back home and I think it’s…I don’t know who knows. Maybe she’s just already figured out how to play me and see what (gets) more spa trips with Papa. But I’ll take it. That unsolicited ‘I love you papa’ when we got home was just the best, man.”

Even though the 40-year-old American entrepreneur, knows that he has been tricked by his daughter, he is enjoying pampering her to the fullest.

It seems Olympia has figured out how to get what she wants and her father is more than happy to oblige. The adorable father-daughter duo was most recently seen together at the 2024 ESPYS on July 11, where Serena served as the host. The tennis icon wore a black gown by Armani Privé that featured a bejeweled neckline and straps and Ohanian suited up with a black Gucci suit. Olympia, making her red carpet debut, had a patterned white frock from Dolce & Gabbana and metallic silver sandals.

Meanwhile, back in May, Ohanian took to his social media to share another demand from his daughter. The entrepreneur posted two photos from his work trip to his official Instagram story a while ago.

The first photo showed a menu with the words, “My driver recommended and we stopped in for a bite before the flight. So good.” However, in the next story, was a picture of a cake slice with the caption, “Takeaway for Olympia!”

Even so, he feels there’s always room for improvement, and he keeps trying to be an even better father to his daughter in spite of all that he already does. In fact, in a previous edition of his podcast on June 25, Ohanian revealed that he asks for a performance review as a dad from his daughter, who is particular about it.

“I literally ask Olympia for a performance review. She’s only six. But I love asking her what are things that Papa could have done over the last few months better. Sometimes she’s like, you know, you just squeeze me too hard. And you got to ease up on that. So please don’t squeeze me too hard,”  Ohanian revealed.

So Ohanian wants to improve as a father to both his daughters and he makes sure no stone is left intrined in their upbringing.

Ohanian’s deep love and adoration for his wife, and their older daughter, have always been the highlight of his discussions. But on Olympia’s fifth birthday, the co-founder of Reddit shocked everyone by expressing his sincere wish for her. Ohanian captured priceless moments from their lives together by posting a selfie and adorable pictures of himself and his kid on Instagram.

In the caption, he wrote, “🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰 How are you already 5️⃣ @olympiaohanian ?? I love you more every single day, you’ve made me a better man, and I’m so grateful your mama brought you into this world 💪 I’m gonna Uppy you forever! I started @776fund thanks to you and it shares your birthday 😆 thanks @katelin_cruse @elisabethgarvin – these last two years have been otherworldly.”
