Serena Williams wants to overcome a major motherhood regret

A few months back, the former World Number 1 took to her official YouTube channel where she talked about her experience of attending her first event after giving birth to Adira. It was the CFDA Fashion Awards 2023 outing, which Williams attended. In that video, the American legend also highlighted a regret she had regarding motherhood.

Williams revealed, “After I had Adira, I kind of I didn’t go into hiding. But I just really took time and just enjoyed my baby. And with Adira, it’s different, because I’m not playing professional tennis right now. My mind isn’t necessarily in tennis mode, but I really wanted to take the time that I didn’t get with Olympia to enjoy those moments.”

When Olympia was born, Williams was still grinding it out on the tennis court. As a result, she wasn’t able to give enough time to Olympia during that period. However, she has retired now and enjoys her time with her daughters. Thus, she can catch adorable moments between her daughters and share them with her fanbase.
