“Olympia LOVES being a big sister.” According to Serena Williams, her elder daughter, Olympia “prayed for a sister” when she learned that her mother was pregnant. In an exclusive video clip from ‘In The Arena: Serena Williams,’ we can see little Olympia cheering, running, and jumping up and down in excitement upon hearing this news. Last year, Williams gave birth to her second child, Adira. Ever since her arrival in the family, we’ve seen Williams share quite a few adorable moments featuring the bonding between her two sisters. However, now, her husband, Alexis Ohanian, has shared a heartwarming sisters’ moment!

Previously, Serena Williams shared a video clip in which her elder daughter was spotted helping her baby sister, Adira, stand up under the watchful eyes of their mother. Williams captioned that picture saying, “We all work out in this family. @adiraohanian @olympiaohanian #gym #fyp.” Now Alexis Ohanian shared yet another glimpse of a similar moment where Olympia is seen carrying Adira on her shoulder. Ohanian was spotted watching the duo with pride as they reflected on their incredible bonding with each other. This is not the inaugural occurrence.

In March 2024, Serena Williams posted an adorable glimpse of Olympia babysitting Adira. The elder sister was spotted carrying her younger sister in her arms. Williams captioned that post saying, “Big sister hard at work with baby sis.” After seeing this post put up by his wife, Ohanian looked quite delighted as he shared his thoughts under that post. He commented, “Name a more iconic duo. I’ll wait.” Was Ohanian the only one to shower love on this post?

Well, there were thousands of people who poured love on that post and one among them was the renowned actor, Michael B. Jordan. He commented on Serena Williams with, “✨✨✨✨.“ Everyone now loves watching this adorable relationship between these two sisters on social media. Due to almost 6 years age gap, Olympia is also often seen imbibing “maternal spirit” while interacting with her younger sister.

Serena Williams’ husband, Alexis Ohanian, reveals how Olympia has gained maturity at such a young age

Previously during an interview, we heard Serena Williams say, “Before having a second child, I always wondered, ‘How could I love anything as much as I love @olympiaohanian?’” However, with the birth of Adira, she learned, “You see, God makes your heart get bigger. Because my love for Olympia has not dimmed. My heart simply now is doubled the size and I have a greater capacity to love more!” Managing all of her work and giving time to their two daughters at the same, was always challenging, but she has still managed to do both efficiently. 

Just like her Super Mom, even Olympia at times reflects her inner side of being a Super Sister. Take for example, once during an interview, Alexis Ohanian revealed, “She’s (Olympia) able to have a lot more fun with her sister in terms of playing. You can already see the interactions between them. It’s a big age gap, and Olympia has a little bit of that maternal spirit. She’s like, ‘This is my baby,’ and it’s great to see them together.” He spoke about how they are often seen enjoying their time together playing, wrestling, and doing all the fun kinds of stuff altogether. 

Ohanian feels they’re “lucky” because Adira’s got a “great personality” and he revealed that Olympia has that too, plus she’s also very much excited about being a big sister. So, it’s always fun for him and Serena Williams to see their daughters interact with each other. However, he also jokingly added, “I guess at some point they’re going to fight over things, but for now, let me live in bliss.” Just like her big sister, even Adira now has her own IG account. Within a few days, we saw her gaining a massive fan following on her social media account. This is, in fact, another proof of how much fans love watching Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian’s daughters’ adorable daily activities.
