Swiatek’s cheeky response to a journalist
After her amazing victory in Paris, Swiatek spoke to the press. However, one journalist’s question seemed to irk the young Pole. Swiatek was asked about using makeup off the court, with other players spending “hours in front of the mirror.”
“Outside of the court, when you go to a party, do you use make-up?” the journalist asked. She gave a stern reply to the question saying, “Okay. Thank You.” Swiatek has now won six tournaments in a row this year, after moving to the top of the rankings after Australian Ash Barty’s sudden retirement from professional tennis.
