Coco showed up looking absolutely amazing in a yellow Miu Miu gown. And just when you think they couldn’t be more supportive, he’s back at it again, publicly cheering her on.

It’s not that bright, tennis-ball yellow we’re used to seeing her in, but something softer, really eye-catching. She styled her hair in a braided, slightly undone bun, and added a touch of sparkle with diamond drop earrings.

Gauff gave her fans a glimpse of her stunning look on her Instagram account. In the first post, she shared a picture of herself in that yellow attire with the caption, “Moments before arriving to the #oscars ✨💫.” Several tennis stars, including Sachia Vickery, Madison Keys, and Danielle Collins, showered her with compliments. Naturally, Jalen Sera was all over it.

He shared her Oscars photos, calling her “Regal” and then, in true fanboy style, wrote, “THE star. Like, come on man,” showing just how much he admires her. 

“It was a lot,” Gauff told Amelia Dimoldenberg at the Academy Awards about getting ready for the event. “Hair, makeup, the whole ‘do. I play tennis so I’m not used to this glam, but it’s nice to get dressed for the day.”

She brought her mom along, who wore a one-shouldered shimmery metallic floor-length dress. They looked fantastic together. “Love being the plus one!!!!” Mrs. Gauff wrote on her socials. Coco even got to mingle with some serious Hollywood legends, Whoopi Goldberg and Samuel Jackson.

This is all before she’s off, switching gears and heading east to Indian Wells for the BNP Paribas Open. Speaking with Entertainment Tonight, she revealed her post-Oscars plans: a direct trip to Indian Wells, roughly 140 miles away, for her upcoming competition. “First time here,” she said during the red carpet interview. “Usually tennis takes up the schedule but I can make an exception for this.”

Even in November last year, Coco Gauff’s boyfriend raved over her gorgeous Halloween look by saying, “Spooky season queen.“

Speaking of her relationship with Sera with Time Magazine in April 2024, Gauff revealed, “This is my first real relationship. To just have someone to talk to who is not involved in tennis at all gives me a fresh perspective.”

Moreover, Gauff also revealed how Jalen Sera had motivated her to win the US Open title in 2023. Speaking about her nerves just before the epic final, she said, “I was envisioning, you know, what would happen if I would win. Last night, I started a little bit. But honestly, I just called my boyfriend, and I told him let’s talk until it’s time to go to sleep so we spoke until 1:00 a.m. And, then I went to sleep.” The rest is history!

Speaking about Serena Williams, Gauff once revealed, “She’s my idol, and I think the only regret I’ll have for the rest of my life is not being able to play her.” 

Williams was seen donning a glittering all-black outfit in this star-studded event. She even shared a glimpse of her glamorous look on social media with the caption, “I’m ready for a glamorous night @vanityfair.” After seeing that post, just like how Sera appreciated Gauff’s stunning look, even Serena Williams’ husband, Alexis Ohanian, dropped a “👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏,” reaction to Williams’ post.
