During her time in New York, she met with Blair Henley, a prominent tennis writer. Henley wore a sweater during the warm weather in New York, which caught the eye of Jabeur. Noticing the peculiar apparel, Jabeur inquired, “Blair, why are you wearing a sweater?“. Henley replied, “Ons, I am always cold, and I have a high heat tolerance. What can I say?“. Jabeur further asked her, “Have you seen a doctor about that? Have you had your thyroid checked?“. 

Henley replied that she had not seen a doctor and further stated, “You know what? Not yet. As she’s asking me this, she’s inspecting my thyroid region. Would that happen with any other player on tour? Absolutely not; that’s why we love Ons Jabeur. She is who she is, and she is such a gem“.

She shows concern for those who share tennis news with the world. All fans love her warm personality and don’t evoke much dislike for her. However, she is not always the one being kind.

After reading his supportive message, Jabeur was reduced to tears.
