American tennis legend Martina Navratilova recently reacted to the controversial comments made by reigning five-time world chess champion Magnus Carlsen. Recently, the Norwegian accused American chess grandmaster Hans Niemann of cheating.

The accusation came after Niemann defeated Carlsen this month in a major upset. The 65-year-old tennis legend also has an interest in the game and reacted to the news. Here’s what she said.

Earlier, the Norwegian lost to Niemann, this way ending his 53-game winning streak. Further, Carlsen withdrew from the competition even though there were six more rounds to follow.
In reply, Niemann has denied any kind of cheating and accused Carlsen of trying to destroy his career.
