American teenage sensation Coco Gauff has been an exceptional player on the Tour. With each passing year, the youngster has made great progress in her career and she is only getting better with each passing year.
At the moment, Gauff is preparing for the Sunshine Double. The American, alongside several other players, is one of the tough opponents to beat at Indian Wells and Miami.

Coco Gauff has something to say to the doubters
Recently, Gauff featured in an advertisement campaign for footwear and apparel bran New Balance. The American expressed her fighting spirit in the video and revealed how she deals with doubters.
“I have been told I am too young. Too young to be great, too young to win, too young to speak up, too young to make a difference. Whenever somebody doubts me, it makes me work harder to prove them wrong.”

Gauff is making her presence felt on the WTA tour
Coming to tennis, Coco has been making a considerable amount of progress since the time she arrived. In her first appearance at the Wimbledon Championships, she reached the fourth round and knocked out former champion Venus Williams in the the process.

Following that, she reached the fourth round of the 2020 Australian Open and also made it to her first-ever Grand Slam quarter-final at the French Open last year.
Lately, Gauff has been competing in the doubles section too. She had a great run alongside compatriot Caty McNally. The duo managed to reach the finals of the US Open and also won the title at the Emilia-Romagna Open. Alongside the success on the singles circuit, Gauff is really making the best use of her abilities by participating in as many tournaments as possible and spending maximum time on-court.
