There is nothing like the love of a father. Look at Serena Williams‘ husband, Alexis Ohanian, who is more popular for his incredible take on fatherhood than for founding Reddit. Ohanian often shares his daughter’s achievements, and his moments with Olympia tell how much he adores his firstborn. In a recent revelation, Ohanian brings another talent of his daughter that highlights the benefits of great parenting.

The Reddit co-founder boasts about his daughter’s skills, and he is not just a proud father. In 2022, Olympia surprised the fraternity with a clip showcasing her incredible tennis skills after seeking training for a year from her talented mother, Serena Williams. However, Ohanian’s adorable Munchkin had other dreams in mind, and she chose to play golf. Needless to say, the junior Ohanian’s golfing skills are equally great, which tells about her marvelous athletic genes.

While Olympia enjoys many hobbies, especially making pancakes with her father, her family has never forced her into anything, letting her explore things she adores. However, her father has shared the amusement she often brings into her family with her talent.

The Reddit co-founder tweeted a photograph where he was holding two Polaroid images captured by her elder daughter Olympia. The first one among the photos showed a selfie of Olympia in a typical “say cheeeseee” pose. The other one is of their Yorkshire Terrier, Christopher Rafael Nadal, aka Chip. Sharing the images on X, Ohanian wrote, “The world thru 7-year-old eyes.” While the businessman didn’t write much, his words could echo his pride over Olympia’s talent in multidimensional fields. 

Alexis Ohanian shared a similar photo on his IG story and captioned it, “GAVE @OLYMPIAOHANIAN A CAMERA…” Ohanian’s statement showed how delighted he was exploring Olympia’s interest and the results that came out of it. Olympia accompanied his father to Athlos NY, an exclusive female track and field event organized by Ohanian. Her smile during the event and enthusiastic participation on track with her cousin showcased Olympia’s generosity.

Now Williams gave birth to Olympia in 2017 with her husband Alexis Ohanian. While they welcomed another child, Olympia changed how they perceived life. Ohanian revealed how he and his wife are trying their best to make this world better for their daughters, and Olympia would recognize it.

Alexis Ohanian believes Olympia would grow as a humble human being

Ohanian has worked tirelessly to approach equality for female athletes. In this work, his wife Serena Williams has inspired him a lot. “I’ve had a front row seat to exactly how different it is and how much she’s toiled not only as a woman, but as a Black woman,” he said. However, Ohanian mentioned that he fights for his ideology to make the world better for Olympia and Adira. He also feels their children will recognize their efforts when the time comes.

“Olympia is not going to question everything Serena has done to make this world better for Olympia. I want to sit at that dinner table when Olympia’s a little older and feel like I’ve done my part, too,” Ohanian concluded. His statements highlighted how much they adore their kids and want to ensure the best for their future.

In an interview with People Magazine in May, Ohanian highlighted how Olympia treats her babysitter like a mother. “He’s able to have a lot more fun with her sister in terms of playing. You can already see the interactions between them. It’s a big age gap, and Olympia has a little bit of that maternal spirit. She’s like, ‘This is my baby,’ and it’s great to see them together,” Ohanian concluded. His statements highlighted Olympia’s lovable nature.

Nevertheless, Ohanian’s social media showcases that Olympia is a talented girl. Apart from her skills, her bond with her sister Adira represented her gentle personality, which highlighted how she carried her parents’ openness.
