Venus Williams has for a long time been a part of the elite list of the greatest players of all time. Being one of the most dominant players of her time, Venus has a total of 7 Grand Slam titles, an Olympic gold, and a number of other titles to her name. Apart from that, she has also been in the top spot in the WTA rankings for a total of 11 weeks.

Williams is undoubtedly a great tennis player. However, the 41-year-old’s skill set is not just restricted to tennis. As it turns out, she also has a comical side to her. A side not many know about. Saniyaa Sidney on the comical side of Venus

9 months into the tour, at the age of 15 only, Venus received her first-ever sponsorship contract. During that time, Venus signed a $12 million sponsorship deal with sportswear brand Reebok. Signing the contract, Venus always wore Reebok’s gear. Even though she used to be tip to toe in Reebok, a part of her outfit that always remained in light was her shoes, the Reebok pump.

During the event, as Saniyya spoke about their shooting days, she recalled how she used to feel walking in Venus’s shoes. She said, “Every day was a joy to tell her story and walk in her Reebok pumps. We looked so dumb.”

Going further, Saniyya thanked Venus for trusting and accepting her to be the perfect fit to play her character in the movie. However, what took the main light was Saniyya asserting that Venus is one of the funniest people she knows. “Thank you so much Venus for trusting in me and accepting me with open arms and for always making me laugh. You are probably one of the funniest people I know,” she said.
