It’s no secret that Serena Williams‘ daughter Olympia has been eagerly awaiting a sibling, and everyone is delighted that the 5-year-old’s wish is finally coming true. The legendary American tennis player and her husband, Alexis Ohanian, are about to welcome their second child. And as they’re getting ready to bring a new life into the world, the parents are really eager to name their second child something beautiful and special.
But there is one more person in the family who gets excited when it comes to the newborn. Their five-year-old daughter is indeed more eager to participate in all the discussions involving her younger sibling. In the same context, the Reddit co-founder recently disclosed that whenever there is any discussion about naming their second child, Olympia is more thrilled than her parents.

Serena Williams’ daughter is excited to name her sibling
Having a younger sibling to play with is something that the five-year-old is apparently praying for. And now that she is ready to take on the elder sibling role, Olympia doesn’t miss a chance to share her input when it comes to her unborn sibling. Recently, the 40-year-old American entrepreneur revealed in an interview with People that “Olympia’s fired up,” when it comes to the unborn.

Along with that, he also highlighted that they were picking some amazing names for the second-born. Olympia is more excited than her parents and also revealed the reason behind her excitement. He said, “No one’s more excited than her. She’s been wanting this. She’s been praying and asking about this for quite some time, so she’s very ready.”
Even since the 41-year-old tennis legend retired, she has been quite vocal about Olympia’s wish: to become a big sister. And now that she is ready to become one, it won’t be wrong to say that she is doing everything in her power to be the best big sister.

Nevertheless, that’s not it; the American tennis legend’s 5-year-old daughter has also taken on a crucial kitchen role from her father.
When Williams’ daughter took on a big sister role
Williams and Ohanian’s 5-year-old is going to be a big sister. And with this new role on the horizon, she has also assumed an independent role after soaking up a lot of culinary duties from her father. The 40-year-old American businessman commented on his daughter’s baking skills on Instagram a few months ago.

The five-year-old surprised her father by making a cake on her own. And while he passed over his significant position in the kitchen to Olympia, he expressed his admiration for the cake’s overall texture.
