This holiday season, exercising could be challenging. Maria Sharapova shares the same philosophy as many other people who like to celebrate the holidays while still keeping up their fitness regimen. The former tennis star recently posted videos of her workout routine and the ideas going through her mind as she exercises on her Instagram stories.
She shared a video in which she was seen doing a rope exercise but with a twist. The former tennis player wrote on the clip, “Imaginary jump rope” making her fans aware of what she is doing.
Nevertheless, in her next story, the five-time Grand Slam champion shared a cheeky thought that goes inside every fitness freak’s mind during holiday season. She wrote, “A sense of humor. Let’s be honest, I’d rather be eating a holiday cookie.”

Sharapova restarts training at home
The former Wimbledon champion welcomed her baby Theodore earlier this year, in July. Now, Sharapova is back to exercising with the aid of a home gym system after giving birth and recovering for several months. A few days ago, the former world number one uploaded a video on Instagram showing her working out while reading the instructions of a brand-new home gym system.
