The Japanese tennis star has taken up a new challenge recently as she exquisitely posed for Victoria’s Secret. During her collaboration with the American fashion giant, the former US Open champion was spotted donning a comfortable and loose attire. Naomi Osaka, who previously announced that she is pregnant with her first child, said that her new relaxed outfits are great maternity wear as well.

In an exclusive interview with Vogue, the former world No. 1 player opened up about her endorsement deal with Victoria’s Secret. She said that she was quite confident in working with the fashion powerhouse. Osaka was quite impressed after she came to know about the company’s plans for expansion and casting more diverse groups of ambassadors and models.

Speaking of it, she said, “I remember having discussions with them about how I never saw someone who looked like me before in their stores.”

Osaka believes that it would be really amazing to “change the view,” by partnering in their endeavors toward stronger inclusion in the fashion industry. She also said that she was enticed to team up with the American clothing brand owing to her childhood memories. As a kid, Osaka used to love shopping at Victoria’s Secret stores in the mall.

The former US Open champion also revealed that the body mist was her favorite product from the brand. She reminisced about that overwhelming smell from the mist which she used to spray all over herself.
